Earlier this year, our Bristol Trail Runners community were involved in a real-life incident on the Mendips—coming across a collapsed hill walker out on the trails.

Thanks to the level of training, kit, and calm heads within our team, they were able to coordinate an effective rescue effort alongside the professionals. It’s a powerful reminder that when we head into the trails, we need to be prepared for more than just the run.
