Bath to Bradford over the hills 18km

Event Information:

Starting from Bath spa train station we head up (and up a little more) over the golf course before traversing the University. From here we make our way down to the canal where it's flat and straight until we hit the cafe!

Once we are refuelled and rested, we will hop on the train back to the Bath spa station.

We will meet outside Bath spa train station.

Approximate Distance: 18km

Approximate Elevation: 232m

Expected Terrain: Hard pack trails, mud trails and some bits of road!

Essential Kit:

• Trail running shoes
• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Waterproof jacket if necesarry
• Minimum 1000ml of water
• Some form of sodium in food or drink
• Minimum 200kcal of food
• A fully charged phone
