Meet at King's Weston house car park (no charge). 8.5k on trails through Blaise. Suitable for those who can run 0.5k without stopping. A few steep climbs.

Approximate Distance: 8.5k

Approximate Elevation: 320m

Expected Terrain: Mixed, mostly rocky trails or well maintained trails

Essential Kit:

• Trail running shoes
• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Waterproof jacket if necesarry
