Event Information:
We will meet at the water tower on Clifton Downs and head out for a steady 5k.
Approximate Distance: 5km
Approximate Elevation: 40m
Expected Terrain: Paths and some muddy trails
Run Leader: Joe Wenman
Entry Requirements: All abilities welcome
Essential Kit:
- Trail running shoes
- Head torch with spare batteries
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Waterproof jacket if necesarry
- Minimum 500ml of water
- Some form of sodium in food or drink
- Spare, warm change of clothes in the car
- Spare food and drink in the car
- Hand sanatizer and face mask
- A fully charged phone
