Try out one of our coached sessions in October for free. As you will have seen in our latest newsletter email, we are introducing coached sessions for 'Run & Improve' members from November. This is your chance to try one out before fees are introduced. This session will be run by BTR Club Founder and Endurance Coach Joe Wenman and will focus on abdominal and nasal breathing for runners. We will meet at the water tower in Clifton Downs at 18.00. Open to all abilities.
Trail shoes, head torch with fresh batteries, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer if necessary.
500ml of water.
We recommend that you bring your own hand sanatizer and mask.
