About the Event
Hill repetitions are a great strength workout for runners. Build strength and improve your running with this coached session. This session is coached by BTR head coach Joe Wenman and will push you to your limits. The session is designed to be suitable for all abilities and you will be able to run at your own pace. We will meet at the main Leigh Woods car park and the class will take approximately one hour. The car park costs £2 and you can pay by contactless card.
This session is free for Run & Improve members or £10 for Just Run members.
