About the Event
Essential Information
All members can attend coached sessions for free until the end of April, our way of saying thank you for supporting the club during a tough year. This session is limited to 12 attendees including the coach. If the event is full, please join the waitlist and you will receive an email if someone cancels their registration.
About The Event
We will meet by the water tower in Clifton Downs (next to Cafe Retreat). This session is suitable for all abilities and will push you to your limits using interval training methods. Interval training improves your speed, endurance and cardiovascular fitness and is therefore a great session to include in your routine. Session led by BTR head coach Joe Wenman.

Trail Running Shoes
Running clothes appropriate to the weather
Head torch and spare batteries (if it's dark)
Min 500ml water
A snack
Hand Sanitiser & Face Mask
