About the Event

Event Information

Hill endurance training will improve your fitness, strength and hill running stamina. Take part in this session and expect a fair few metres of steady uphill running. 

FACT: The Ultra Trail Du Mont Blonc has around 10,040 metres of elevation.

Please arrive on time at the Leigh Woods Car Park (right at the end).

Essential Kit List

Trail running shoes or trainers

Head torch with spare batteries

Minimum 500ml of fluids

Appropriate clothing for the weather
