Event Information:
The meeting point is the car park of The Charlcombe Inn, Lansdown, Bath (What3words: ///ranges.crops.news). We'll warm up by heading accross the racecourse and run towards Prospect Style. The session will include cvarying efforts on the hills nearby with coaching on technique. This session is designed to be informative and fun; allowing runners to work on their technique and also get a good trianing session in!
A drink in the pub after is highly recommended as parking is free but really only for pub patrons.
