Leigh Woods 10k

Essential Information:

This run is limited to fifteen attendees. You must RSVP to attend. You should receive an email with your registration confirmation automatically. If your plans change, please email us using contact@bristoltrailrunners.co.uk to cancel your registration.

Event Information:

We will meet at the Leigh Woods Car Park at 19.00 and head on a steady 10k run. The route has mixed terrain and is reasonably hilly. Please arrive warmed up, by taking a steady jog and strech on route to the start.

Distance - Approx. 10km

Elevation - Approx. 120m

Terrain - Rugged trails with rocks, roots and mud.

Difficulty - Intermediate

To take part in this event you shouldn't be a complete beginner, but as long as you can run 10km comfortably then you will be fine. 

Essential Kit:

Trail shoes, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer if its wet.

Enough food and water for the distance.
