Essential Information:
Only 6 people including the run leader may attend each event at the moment due to social distancing rules. You may only attend if you register for the specific event on this website. Please do not register if you cannot attend, and cancel your regestration if your plans change. You will be emailed to let you know your spot is confirmed. If you are too late, get on the waiting list and you will be emailed if a space becomes available.
Event Information:
Jason will lead this run and will take you on a close variation of the traditional Pen Y Fan horseshoe route. It will summit Fan Y Big, Cribyn, Pen Y Fan and Corn Du. Runners must leave Bristol at 06.00 to meet at 07.30. To take part in this event you should be fit for running hills and should be able to run 10km in 55 minutes or less.
Distance - Approx. 20km
Elevation - Approx. 1000m
Terrain - Some off trail, tough terrain with steep hills.
Difficulty - Hard
Leader - Jason Dickson
Essential Kit:
Trail shoes, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer.
Enough food and water for the distance.
Optional kit includes a first aid kit, head torch and foil blanket.
