Event Information:
This route takes in the National Trust protected area of Middle Hope, which delivers trail runs along cliff tops and sheep tracks as well as out onto a peninsula jutting into the sea. From there we cross the beach, which is a 2k run to Kewstoke Woods where we will run through woodland trails for 7-8km before returning via a beach run to the car park

Approximate Elevation: 271m
Expected Terrain: Sheep trails, rocky paths, woodland trails and sandy beach

Entry Requirements: This is a tough 16k run with rugged trails and hills. Runners should be able to keep up with a 6.00 - 6.30 per kilometre pace for the entire 16k.
Essential Kit:
- Trail running shoes
- Head torch with spare batteries
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Waterproof jacket if necesarry
- Minimum 500ml of water
- Some form of sodium in food or drink
- Minimum 200kcal of food
- Spare, warm change of clothes in the car
- Spare food and drink in the car
- A fully charged phone

- Foil Blanket
