Event Information:
This run is appropriate for all abilities and is a great into to the mountains. Be aware, tough, that due to the length and severity of some of the climbing and the potentially arduous underfoot conditions, this can be tough route. The loop begins with a long mountain climb to the summit of Waun Fach. We take a left turn following the ridgeline all the way along to our final section, "The Dragons Back", a long undulating, gradually descending section of hills. For the more adventurous and hardy runners, we'll do a second loop, but in reverse to top up the distance and climbing.
Meet in the lay by next to the Dinas Castle Inn. Parking is £5 cash and needs to be put in the black box at the end of the lay by.
