One to one coaching with video analysis and feedback.


Break the running action down and understand your personal run mechanics and style. Then employ tried and tested correcton and improvement drills to enhance the effectiveness of your running gait.

Practice these over short distance efforts to see and feel the difference.


Your coach will demonstrate and give analysis via video feedback to help the learning process. You'll also go away with drills, exercises and example workouts to impliment in your own training.
